About This Recipe

Apple cinnamon overnight oats made with rolled oats, fresh apples, greek yogurt, and cinnamon. With just 5 minutes to prep, they make an easy, delicious, and protein-packed make-ahead breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats ((50 grams))
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt ((4 ounces - I used 4% fat))
  • 1/2 cup diced apple ((50 grams))
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon ((you can use less according to your taste preferences))
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional) ((10 grams))
  • 2/3 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Make overnight oats. Add all ingredients to a large jar. Stir well to combine until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Place the lid on the jar and put the oatmeal mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens.
  2. Enjoy! Eat out of the jar or transfer to a bowl and top with toppings of choice.
