- 3 filets skin on wild caught Alaskan salmon ((about 6 ounces each))
- 3 tablespoons spicy chipotle mayo
- salt and pepper, to taste
- for serving: lime juice, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Prep the salmon by patting it dry and letting it come to room temperature for a few minutes. Make the mayo if needed.*
- Season flesh of salmon with salt and pepper. Spread 1 tablespoon of chipotle mayo on each filet, spreading out evenly. Sprinkle with a little more pepper if desired. Place salmon in your air fryer basket and set to 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees. Time will depend on how thick your salmon is and your desired preference for fish. Salmon is done when it flakes with a fork.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
