Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free baking flour
    1:1 gluten-free baking flour

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
    with brown spots
  • 1/4 cup milk
    dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup walnuts

  2. Mash bananas: In a separate bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix your wet ingredients: Add milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and mix well. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and stir to combine. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
